How We Keep People Safe

Safeguarding Adults

We take our safeguarding responsibilities extremely seriously. Every carer completes mandatory safeguarding training before starting work and refresher training annually.

Complaints Procedure

We welcome feedback as an opportunity to improve. Our complaints procedure is transparent, fair, and compliant with CQC requirements.

Step 1 — Informal Resolution

Speak to your care coordinator. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Formal Complaint

Submit in writing. Acknowledged within 2 working days. Full response within 20 working days.

Step 3 — External Escalation

If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the CQC, Local Government Ombudsman, or your local authority.
